Junmai Namaishu Yobimizu is a junmai-shu made from contract-grown rice, including home-grown Ginbukiyuki.
When you taste it, you will feel the complexity of sweetness, spiciness, acidity, and bitterness. It also has a nice finish with a hint of bitterness to tighten things up!
We recommend drinking it lukewarm!
