The sake of Kurobe. It is purchased at the souvenir shop of Toyama station. It is said that the water of Japan's 100 best waters called the Kurobe River fan-shaped ground spring group Iwase family's clear water is used.
It has a dry feeling like Hokuriku sake. You don't feel the sweetness of the rice very much, but the spiciness and bitterness rise up at once, and it is crisp and sharp. I think it goes well with a meal with soup stock, but drinking it by itself is too spicy and harsh. You can't stop sneezing. It is such a sake.
