The bottle is not disclosed, and it says to enjoy it as is, on the rocks, with soda, cold or hot sake, etc. I like this style. ❣️ For now, I tried it at room temperature, lukewarm to hot. It has a light umami flavor and a clean aftertaste, like a gentle rice white sake (Chinese). It goes well with oily or spicy dishes. Since there are many sake that go well with French cuisine, I hope there will be more sake that goes well with Chinese cuisine.
