Then here it is. The sake that the proprietor prepared for us today because we had talked about sake all the time when we visited the other day. If you look closely, you'll see that the year of production is June 2018😳. The one that had been aged for 4.5 years 😍. First, it was served cold, and yes, it looks like Shinkame. So I had it heated up. I warmed it up to lukewarm and it was 🥰 delicious! The spiciness was a little stronger, but the umami was very pronounced, and it was definitely better when heated. It went down easily with the raw oysters.
