SeigoIt's been a while since I've had a mini bottle of Otters🏠 at home!
I drank quite a few different bottles more than 10 years ago, and at the time, I thought I liked the centrifugally separated 35 draft the best.
I opened the bottle with a pusher.
I miss the aroma: ❤️
When poured, the bubbles are strong.
It is moderately thick and relatively strong and cloudy.
The taste is... the nostalgic Otters flavor 😊.
I can't put into words the nostalgia of Otters that I can feel because I've had so many different kinds of sake.
It has a lactic acidity, but not too sweet, an elegant rice aroma that smells softly, and a crisp bitterness.
Rolling around in the mouth, it tastes "luscious"✨.
I knew Otter is a top runner.
But it tasted nostalgic 😌.
I drank it while talking with my mom about the government building we lived in over 10 years ago ❤️
