This is the 1st bottle of Junmai sake as Pukupuku Brewing ✨.
This Junmai sake is made from 100% Koshihikari rice 🍶.
Even though it is a low-polished sake, it is very fruity and you can feel the sweetness of the rice, and it is easy to drink because it has just a touch of acidity.
It is also mild when heated to bring out the flavor of the sake 😋😋😋😋.
Personally, I think it is my favorite.
