This is the first sake rice I've had since last year at Tasake.
Seems it's only used in Kamikigen and Tasake ✨.
And the first autumn sake of the season 🍂.
On the first day, the lactic acid flavor was a bit strong.
After the second day, it was gone,
After the second day, the lactic flavor disappears and you can enjoy the mellow taste that is typical of autumn sake 😋.
