Tenryo Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Hidahomare
Crowdfunding trophy*.
I've never had a sake called Tenryo from Gifu Gero City, but I bought it because of the story of using sake rice from Gero City* Yamadanishiki and Hidahomare made there!
Also, Riedel glasses are stylish and a good combination*.
Tenryo Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu Hidahomare
Tenryo Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-Nishiki
From Hidahomare
The aroma is slightly muscat-like and refreshing.
The attack is mild.
Hints are also muscat-like and full-bodied.
The acidity is moderate, and there is not much bitterness.
Mild sweet and sour with a modern atmosphere.
I prefer the Hidahomare version to the Yamadanishiki version.
The glass is thin and the mouth is narrow, so the aroma stands out and the glass is good*.
