I bought it without looking at the price, it was surprisingly expensive😅. No, no... this is about as much as I'm willing to support 👍. Yui Yui Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo Sanzen Sakura Shuzo Version I had it cold. When the bottle is opened, there is a long sizzling sound of gas. The top aroma is of extremely fruity sweet fruit. The fruity sweet aroma spreads from the moment it enters the mouth, and the mouthfeel is soft and clear, yet full of umami. Is this the umami of Omachi 🤔. The umami swells up as if it is asserting itself, and the bitterness gradually extends from the middle of the umami to the end. It finishes with a firm spiciness. I can't imagine the bitterness from the aroma😅. I had seen the reputation of the Raifuku version and it seemed to be more to my liking, but this one was also surprisingly good 😋. Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture Polishing ratio:50%. Alcohol content:16%.
