When opened, its bubbles may have stimulated the taste to tighten up and become sharper. You would have felt a powerful deliciousness, full of young energy👍.
When I drank it again later, after the bubbles were gone, it was much easier to drink 😊.
Compared to the Modern, I guess you could say that it has a stronger personality, and it has a thicker bone structure.
It was a sake that made me feel the character 😚.
