It also smells like rice water. It also has a fruity flavor like pear.
The mouthfeel is soft. Dry taste
Sweetness at the beginning. This sweetness is fruity like that of Kuroryu.
The aftertaste is bitter and lingers. It is also good warmed.
It is a good sake, but at over 2,000 yen, I think the price is right.
