新丸子屋
This extremely popular super-harsh ginjo-shu is sold only at a limited number of about 50 specially contracted sake dealers nationwide. This product with the azuki color label is commonly known as "Aka-bakuren" and was the first "bakuren" and the standard from which the "bakuren series" was created.
The sake rice is 100% domestic rice, the rice polishing ratio is 55%, and the yeast is Ogawa No. 10.
It was served well chilled ✨.
We can drink a lot of different kinds of sake here, so we had a half-batch 👍.
Also known as Aka-Bakuren ✨, it is a very consistent dry sake! A sake that lives up to its super dry name, this sake has a solid body on the palate and leaves a pleasant sour and bitter taste on the tongue at the end 😆.
This went well with seared cod roe 🤤.
