Tomo-kichi
I have been looking for a sake to drink in winter for a long time!
I bought it at Sake Mitsuya, which was featured on NHK's 72 Hours.
I finally got a chance to go there today, even though it is relatively close by.
The first aroma is gorgeous, and the taste is a little sweet but has a strong umami, making it a very rich sake.
It is sweet and juicy, and I am in need of a side dish.
It was my first time to drink Hakuto yeast.
I will enjoy it while looking at the nice label 🌙.
