Easy to drink but chunky at the core.
The mouthfeel is sweet and comes in without resistance. The flavor, acidity and bitterness are not particularly strong. However, the hardcore true nature of the wine is revealed behind it.
It doesn't have an imposing feeling, and it is gentle and easy to drink. It is not like alcohol. But it is very strong, and you can feel that it is an undiluted sake. It is very strong and assertive.
