FOX（備忘録）
This is a Yamada-Nishiki from Ichibai-Suisei. The mouthfeel is sweet and fragrant, and the taste of rice is typical of Yamadanishiki, but it is fresh and moderately fruity. The aftertaste is well-balanced with no unpleasant aftertaste. It is my favorite Yamadanishiki sake, but it could be better with some acidity. 50%, Junmai Ginjo, 2000yen.
