I hiked in the mountains from morning till evening 🏃.
I decided to take this opportunity to drink "Suidama" which I had been waiting for 👌👌.
I opened the bottle when the chicken dumpling pot was about to boil.
From the fruity aroma like Hanamup, sweetness of rice and umami 😊👌👌Because it's a draft sake?
I feel the sharpness of the aroma is better 😁The difference between Hanamup and this one is that this one seems to have a better sharpness... 😊😊.
I can't get Hanamup that much and haven't had a chance to drink it.
I can't tell the difference clearly 😁👌👌I think so 🌿.
Anyway, this place is classy.
It has a perfect balance and is very tasty.
