It was labeled "Genuine Yamagata Sake Certified" and was made entirely in Yamagata, from the sake rice.
It had a refreshing taste and did not feel like sake. To put it better, it is an easy-drinking sake. It has a refreshing aftertaste and is the type of sake that you find yourself drinking a lot of.
