KoeigikuSunburst 無濾過生原酒
ロッキー
I bought it because the pop-up said it goes well with both Japanese and Western food.
This was the first time I had purchased Kouei Kiku sake. It had a very pronounced acidity, something I had never tasted before.
It was sharp and dry, with a grapefruit-like bitterness that was said to bring a crispness to the lingering taste.
I wondered if this was the reason why it tasted fruity but had a slight bitterness to it.
I think I understand sharpness and dryness a little.
There are many other kinds of Kouei-Kiku, so I would definitely like to try them.
