はっさんThe impression is that it is light, dry, and excellent as a food sake.
When served cold, the aroma is almost imperceptible, and while it is refreshing, I personally find it to be a bit lacking.
I drank it cold or chilled, and as the temperature increased, the umami of the rice became more noticeable and the flavor increased.
