A Kumamoto sake brewery was exhibiting at the Kyushu products exhibition at Hankyu Department Store. We tasted the sake one by one and bought the most delicious one. The case was also very nice and thoughtful ^ ^.
I was excited to open the package and look forward to drinking it at home.
The aroma is not much, but when you put it in your mouth, the soft sweetness and the underlying refreshing acidity overlap, spread, and disappear. After finishing the bottle, there is a slight lingering flavor in the back of the throat, which is delicious. Even though it is a pure sake, it does not have a strong alcohol taste, and is very easy to drink and delicious.
