Today was the end of a two-day rest day. I was tired from working late and wanted to go home, but I didn't have any sake in stock, so I dragged my heavy body to the liquor store.
I was hoping for the Eiko Fuji Aizan, but it wasn't in stock yet.
I bought a different spec of Rokune, which I had drunk before and enjoyed. It's a Junmai Ginjo, and the rice is 100% Gintori Hat, a sake rice from Aomori Prefecture.
I wonder if they are conscious of the overseas market with the English notation.
What is the important taste?
The first taste is a gorgeous sweetness, and the aftertaste is clear and bitter.
Personally, I may be mistaken, but I feel the atmosphere of the special junmai of Tasake for a moment.
Either way, it is a delicious sake.

Ichi2, hello🍀!
This is the first time I've seen Rokune with a pink label this year. I'm really looking forward to the opening of the bottle ♫♫ after reading your review.

Mariponunu, good evening! Thank you for your comment.
I was also attracted by the fact that it was the first time I saw it, so I bought it ✌️.
It was a delicious sake as I expected 😄.
It's not a major brand yet, but it's one to watch👍.
