It was my first time to drink it, how was it?
The first day, I learned the power of raw sake while gassing out. First, a cup of sake... Yum! This is the real muddy sake. No blind spot.
Day 3 Still gassy, but less fresh than the first day.
Day 7 Still tasty, but the umami is not as strong as it was on the first day. Still cloudy, but the flavor has not changed much.
