The aroma is a gorgeous cappuccino 😍.
Quite sweet and umami type! Not as much pineapple as the aroma, but a clear sweetness (like wasanbon?).
Almost no leesiness, no sense of heaviness!
I think the aftertaste is a little alcoholic?
I bought this sake because it was an exhibit sake!
4510 yen (1.8L) for 35% polished rice... 🤩.
