Eikoufuji Jyushinmoku Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Kotobukinmu is the name of a relatively new sake rice produced in Fukuoka Prefecture. The sake has a Sake Brix of ±0 degrees, which is unusual for Eikofuji, which often produces sweet sake. The aroma is not so rich, but when you put it in your mouth, it has a sweetness that is typical of Eikoufuji, and it disappears with the umami of the rice. As one would expect from Eikoufuji! I think it is similar to the Eikoufuji Shin that I drank before. However, I prefer Eikoufuji's sweet flavor.
