It's been quite a while since I've seen Black Phoenix live tonight 😁.
I like this one quite a bit. I don't need to comment any longer. LOL.
The aroma and taste are so calm and elegant that it is hard to believe that it is a junmai ginjo. However, as the temperature gradually rises in the mouth, it becomes more gorgeous and complex, and shows a different face. It is too good.
While sipping on this sake, I am happy to think about where I am going to move to tonight 😊.
