I got horse mackerel 🐟, so I chose "Dan" from my stock of parti.
I wanted to add some myoga to the mix, but the farmer said it was not time yet, so I held back...
With shiso leaves, scallions, miso, soy sauce and sesame oil, toto toto toto.
In the interval, "Dan" is a little bit...
It is a good sake which is rich in sweetness but can be drunk crisply without being heavy.
