Today, Otters Junmai Daiginjo 45 nigori sparkling from Asahi Shuzo in Yamaguchi Prefecture❗️
Before opening the lid, the nigori and the clear part were separated but when the lid was opened, it became a white carbonated drink diffused by the carbonation fizz from within❗️
The aroma was a subtle ginjo sweetness❗️As I sipped it, there was a tingling fizz on my tongue followed by a very sharp bitterness❗️A great food sake❤️
