そうてき
The bottle is very stiff.
I feel that "clean and sweet" is what this sake is supposed to be. I have said in the past that it was "refreshingly sweet," but was that really the right description? I feel like I have to think about my previous comments.
Other than the sweetness, there is a slight koji taste coming through the nose, and it is easy to drink.
The aftertaste is naturally good.
I drank it with fried food and vinegared octopus and wakame seaweed, both of which were fine. It has a high level as a food sake.
