From the moment the bottle is opened, it has a sweet and sour aroma of yogurt and a heavy graininess. In the mouth, there is a crisp acidity and rice sweetness. The aftertaste is like strawberries. When the sake is stirred well, you can feel the carbonation. The flavor expands when the sake is heated. However, the impact of the acidity is too strong for me to want to drink another glass. I prefer a more robust sake with a more robust mouthfeel.
