After that, we went to Tamamura Town, which was an unexplored area. The Kawaba-Katashina area, which we were able to visit thanks to the bus tour. Ueno & Nammakimura area, which we were able to stop by on our trip to Shimonita. Unlike those areas, it was a more difficult trip for me (personally) in terms of connections, but I was finally able to visit 🙌(to be continued next time)

Honey aroma. After flowing smoothly, it was moist and round to the touch.
It has a honey and nutty aroma and sweetness, but it is subdued, and once it passes through that, the umami of the rice spreads lightly and is rich and beautifully delicious ✨.
