The brand name "Houou Biden" has been used since the beginning of the business and consists of the following two elements
Phoenix": a legendary spirit bird in Chinese mythology, symbolizing good omens and prosperity.
Mita" is the old name of the area where the brewery is located, which is blessed with beautiful rice paddies stretching as far as the eye can see and subterranean water from the Nikko mountain range.
Yamada Nishiki Gohyakumangoku
Gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples and La France. The fresh sweetness spreads softly in the first sip. The lingering aftertaste in the latter half is light, gentle, and soft. Even those who do not usually drink sake will find the taste honestly delicious.
