I've been too busy to upload all of them yet, but here they are all at once at the end of the year...
We got this year's Zero without incident, so we opened three bottles of last year's Zero and compared them!
Let's start with Modern: ‼️
The aroma when you open the bottle is very clear and refreshing 🥂✨. The aroma is very clear and refreshing 🥂✨. It has a clear fruity aroma like fresh green apples and muscats. Even though it's last year's sake, it's amazing how lively and fresh the aroma is, as if it's freshly made. ‼️
In the mouth, the pleasant sharpness and lightness stand out. The balance of sweetness and acidity is very exquisite, and there is no unpleasant heaviness at all. It goes down your throat with ease👍.
I let it sit for a year, but it's amazing how well it retains its freshness. ‼️
It was by far the most refreshing of the three varieties and I liked the aftertaste very much 😊.
