HIROKI
The clerk at the liquor store told me that it was a special honjozo sake, but that it was a rare sake made from Yamadanishiki produced in Tojo, a special A district in Hyogo Prefecture.
After opening the bottle, it was soft on the palate with spiciness and acidity. As the day progressed, sweetness also appeared. It has a nice sharpness and a refreshing taste.
It is very tasty.
