This was the sake for the New Year's holiday. The day the bottle was opened, it was bubbling. Sourness, bitterness, and a light sweetness. The impression was that it was a normal, modern nigori. It is an easy-drinking nigori, but I think I expected a little too much. I drank it cold and heated in a ratio of 3 cold and 1 heated, but I preferred it chilled, as the warmed sake seems to lose some of its character.
