I bought a new Ichinokura sake at Yamaya on the way to Mt.
It is freshly pressed sake and has a slightly gaseous taste!
The alcohol content is 17℃ and it is dry!
It has a sweetness on the palate, but also a richness of rice flavor with a twist, just like rice wine.
A bottle that I am glad I bought!
