Shinsei 2019-2020 Rei Rei Colors Viridian Tengaju 2019. 100% Akita Miso Nishiki Polishing ratio 40% Alcohol content 14 degrees Yeast used: Association 6 Viridian means green pigment. Viridian means green pigment and Tengaju means velvet. Shinsei wrapped in green (Viridian) wrapping paper with lots of letters 😅 along with Cosmos. It's educational but also a bit funny😅.

It has a modern and acidic Shinsei feel to it, with a woody sweetness and a slight astringency that effectively spreads in the mouth.
