At first glance, it appears to be light and dry. There is a nice acidity on the palate, with a crisp, crisp finish, and as you swallow it, a hint of alcohol escapes from the mouth to the nasal cavity.
On the other hand, once you're face-to-face with the liquid, the sweetness and flavor of the Miyamanishiki is gentle but steady.
Although it is a honjozo, the taste is never flat, but rather three-dimensional.
