Using Nara's brewing water and sake rice "Rohafu".
Sake made with Nara ingredients.
Coincidentally, this was the last sake I drank in Nara.
I was personally satisfied with the sake! I was personally satisfied with it.
The menu of the restaurant has its own taste chart,
It was drier than the Harushika Super Dry Sake,
Personally, I think Harushika is drier and sharper.
Although it is dry, it has a sweetness of the rice and a smooth and slightly mild taste.
