Food sake ◯-△
Not bad, but it is like matching sake with food.
Might go well with strong flavored dishes.
It is better to drink by itself.
Personally, I thought it was mellow and umami.
Summer sake has a strong aroma, moderate sweetness, and acidity.
When it's dry (less sweet), other flavors stand out.
It is similar to Dewazakura's Tobiroku.
Tobiroku is slightly carbonated.
Nigori has a strong alcohol content and a bitter taste.
It tastes like a milder version of doburoku.
