This is my first time at Saku-no-Hana.
The blue bottle with the pink label is very impressive and I have been curious about it for a long time.
On the palate, the apple-like ginjo aroma and rice flavor spread on the palate, and the smooth acidity gives a nice, refreshing aftertaste.
