Tonight, I'm opening a bottle of sake from this sake brewery, which I think of when I think of Gunma 🍶.

The rice specs are unknown, but the sake is made with a raw yeast strain, No. 6 yeast, low whiteness, mixed white and yellow malted rice, and aged for 2 years...very Tsuchida-like in its metamorphosis (compliments) ☺️
When poured into a glass, it has a yellowish hue and a standing aroma of smoked brown rice and matured honey. The taste is not a kijoshu, but it is full-bodied, delicious, and gorgeous, and this is delicious 😋.
It would be nice to warm it up, but it's the middle of summer so I'm a little reluctant 😅.
