Kamaishi Kinmedai x Yuki no Kayasha.
Kinmedai in my opinion is on the same level of deliciousness as Nodoguro. Also, the flounder caught locally is the best.
This tag team was too good to be true!
Akita Yuki no Kayasha...Yamahai Clear taste with no peculiarities.
The first day it was opened, it was thick and tasted almost like a Ginjo sake.
On the second day, the taste changed from sweet to dry, and the aftertaste after drinking was soothing.
We enjoyed it very much.
