Fukukomachi福小町 貴醸酒
祝常陸杜氏
Thank you for having us! Thank you, "Fukkomachi Kijoshu."
I found this at a liquor store and bought my first bottle of Kijoushu.
After being chilled, the attack is sweet like a noble sake, but it quickly becomes sharp and crisp, probably because some of the water used in the brewing process is Junmai Ginjo Daiginjo.
When it approaches room temperature, the sweetness increases and the taste becomes mellow. Personally, I had the image that Kijoshu is the latter, so it matches my feeling.
However, it has a refreshing aftertaste with acidity overall, and I thought it would be good before and after meals, but unexpectedly I thought it would be good during meals as well. This time, I enjoyed it with chocolate while relaxing.
