SatoshinihonshuA local liquor store had a special offer where you could taste sake squeezed out in the morning, so I bought some. It made me feel like I was at a sake brewery.
You can enjoy the citrusy aroma and freshness like grapefruit. I didn't know freshly pressed sake could be this intense.
On the second day, the taste mellowed and it started to go well with meals.
