Another bottle of Hiraizumi. (I know it's been a little while...)
It seems to be a yeast found in a broken arrow, but, what is it? What is it?
Is it because it is a daiginjo? It is a pure Yamahai Junmai, and it does not have the acidity that I felt at first, but has a sweetness to it.
It is refreshing, but there is a taste that lingers on the palate.
