Sake purchased on a trip to Gifu. The taste of the water comes first. Then comes the gentle aroma and texture on the tongue. The taste is refreshing, but there is a little bit of spiciness at the end. It is a good sake.
It is a delicious water-based sake.
However, it is a little different from the sake made with delicious water in Yamanashi. Maybe it is the aroma.
