A while ago, when I went on a business trip to Gifu, I suddenly stopped by a kind of product exhibition.
There, I found Ibigawa
Sugihara Sake Brewery's sake from Imi.
I don't often see Imi sake, but I wondered if they sell a lot of it.
But it seems to be a small brewery, so maybe there aren't that many on the market? I thought about it and bought some anyway (I still don't know if it's easy to buy or hard to buy).

I'm sure it's the same for Imi too (maybe? I'm sure...?) I can feel the sweetness of the rice, but it's not too sweet, it's a beautiful sake!

But, this is a honjozo: al-soju? ..., does it taste that much like rice? A different taste? But rice?
Well, whatever, it tastes good.
