We got a liquor that is hard to find here.
At first, a sense of shwashiness. The aroma and sweetness are moderate, and the flavor of the rice can be felt. The alcohol content is 13 degrees, but I felt it was much stronger, perhaps because of the pronounced acidity.
It is a delicious sake, so again, if you are not careful, it will go down smoothly.
I am looking forward to seeing how the flavor will change tomorrow.

Sake is a very deep drink that can change its taste depending on the brewing method, ingredients, etc....
