So lucky to have got a chance to taste this rare Aramasa - I seldom see it in Hong Kong. I love this sake as it is elegantly complex, the fruity sourness, sweetness, a little bit of milk and cream, and slight umami all blends very well. Very smooth and it’s not very heavy - make it very easy to drink. Love the finishing which the slight umami is doing its work. Good balance. Worth noting it is lighter than the other Kijoshu that I have tried - which I like :)
