This is the sake I drank yesterday at the cross-industrial meeting. I drank it after drinking the ginjo-shu and the daiginjo-shu of Harukasumi. It had a crisp taste and a mellow aroma that made me realize that this is a much higher level of sake. It had a crisp taste and a mellow aroma that I could tell was of a very high level.
